Nickelback songs Figured You Out, All That You Are

The band's songs currently on their copyright violation is facing a lawsuit, the song Figured You Out, because Vancouver band Econoline Crush appears to think that they ripped off THEIR song, All That You Are! According to legal documents, Nickelback "maliciously and willfully and with a conscious disregard" for the Crush song, and are looking for actual loss, including legal and punitive damages with "all damages permitted by Federal copyright law"

Nickelback, who were named Billboard’s ‘Group of the Decade’ have extended their Dark Horse World Tour and will be playing Mohegan Sun Arena on Tuesday, September 28th with special guests Three Days Grace and Buckcherry. The show begins at 6:15pm.

Palin speech draws fewer than Nickelback concert inWichita. Are in the official numbers, and former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin drew a crowd of 2,973 in May for her fundraising speech at Intrust Bank Arena.
That was the figure given this morning at the Sedgwick County Commission meeting as part of the monthly status report on the new arena.
There were 3,087 tickets sold for the Palin speech on May 2, totaling $156,025. She was brought in to help raise funds for the Bethel Life School Association of Wichita.
Nickelback Rock Band pulled in the largest crowd of the month with 11,163 attending the concert on May 14.

Not only do they write some of the most anthemic rock you'll hear on radio these days, on their most recent album, 'Dark Horse,' the Canadian superstars hired Robert "Mutt" Lange to sit in the producer's chair. "The cool thing about Mutt is that he always envisions a band playing in an arena and the dynamics that should go behind that." says Nickelback guitarist/vocalist Chad Kroeger when Noisecreep caught up with him this week. "Working with him was a change because I always approach songwriting from an almost movie or storytelling angle but Mutt doesn't really get into that. He told me that he wants the "bumper sticker" quality to come out in our songs which was funny but I totally understood what he meant, " revealed the frontman. "He wants lines and choruses that jump out at you so I actually had to re-write "Burn it to the Ground" three times." We asked Chad if the third time was the charm and he laughed and offered, "I looked at this way, no news is good news!"Noisecreep asked Kroeger about Nickelback's brand new video for the aforementioned 'Burn it to the Ground,' "The song's vibe just fits the setting an arena show gives off so we filmed it at the O2 Arena on our last UK tour. Matthew Amos did a fantastic job of capturing the energy of our live show," says Kroeger. The song comes off 'Dark Horse' but is also available on the brand new 'Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen' soundtrack.

A Canadian rock group Nickelback from Hanna, Alberta, shaped in 1995. Founded by members Chad Kroeger, Mike Kroeger, Ryan Peake and then-drummer Brandon Kroeger.
