Following their sold out arena tour earlier this year, which finished in a ability show at the O2 Arena, Roadrunner’s premium multi-million selling sons NICKELBACK will be carrying their pyro-laden, runaway success of a stage show back to the UK early in 2010. A new single will be launched to coincide.
Released late last year, the Canadians’ present album ‘Dark Horse’ is an 11-track run-through of everything the band has done extremely well at before now -- fist-pumping anthems, crushing rockers, heart-wringing romanticism, choruses that wedge themselves in your ears after just one listen and hooks so big they practically boomerang round the room. In the beginning of this year the group got 5 Juno Awards (the Canadian Grammys) including Group of The Year, the Fan Choice Award and Album Of The Year.
