Nickelback Tickets are on sale now

Following their sold out arena tour earlier this year, which finished in a ability show at the O2 Arena, Roadrunner’s premium multi-million selling sons NICKELBACK will be carrying their pyro-laden, runaway success of a stage show back to the UK early in 2010. A new single will be launched to coincide.

Released late last year, the Canadians’ present album ‘Dark Horse’ is an 11-track run-through of everything the band has done extremely well at before now -- fist-pumping anthems, crushing rockers, heart-wringing romanticism, choruses that wedge themselves in your ears after just one listen and hooks so big they practically boomerang round the room. In the beginning of this year the group got 5 Juno Awards (the Canadian Grammys) including Group of The Year, the Fan Choice Award and Album Of The Year.

Introduction To Nickelback

A Canadian rock group Nickelback from Hanna, Alberta, shaped in 1995. Founded by members Chad Kroeger, Mike Kroeger, Ryan Peake and then-drummer Brandon Kroeger. Nickelback is one of the most commercially flourishing Canadian groups, having sold 30 million records globally. Nickelback ranks as the 11th best selling music act of the 2000s, and seats as the 2nd best selling foreign act in the US behind The Beatles for the 2000s.

The group is now situated in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Its name begins from the nickel in change that group member Mike Kroeger gave customers at his Starbucks job, he would often say, “Here’s your nickel back”.

The group is signed to EMI in Canada and Roadrunner Records for the rest of the world. In July 2008, the group signed with Live Nation for three touring and album cycles, with an option for a fourth cycle. The agreement includes recordings, touring, merchandise and other rights.
